Posted 10/29/2024 at 2:10 PM: A major fiber “transport” line that brings service to Northern Colorado was cut earlier today. The extent of the damage and estimated repair time is still being determined.
As of 1 PM, the Pulse network has not been affected because we have a redundant fiber line that has been able to handle the traffic. However, as internet usage increases throughout the day, we expect some customers may experience slower speeds and intermittent connectivity starting after 3 PM.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will post any updates here.
