Upcoming Maintenance

Pulse will be performing essential network maintenance from Tuesday, Jan 27, through Friday, Jan 30.What to expect:When: Daily between 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.Impact: Customers will experience a service outage for several hours during one of these windows.Notification: Please check your billing email; we will message you several days in advance with your specific maintenance date.

If you experience any issues after we complete your upgrade, please conduct the following troubleshooting, as this should restore your service:
–  Restart your ONT provided by Pulse. Unplug the ONT from its power source, wait 30 seconds, then power back on the ONT. It can take several minutes to reboot.
–  If you have a router or firewall, power off your device for 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
