Free Internet For A Year Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 6-3-2025 and ends on 12-31-2025 (the “Promotion Period”). If you would like to enter the giveaway without performing any other entry requirements, you may send a 3×5 postcard with your complete name, address, e-mail address, and phone number to the address below. Postcard must arrive by 12-31-2025.

Pulse (“Sponsor”) is sponsoring the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these rules. You agree that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall make the determination whether you have abided by the rules of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no representations as to its ability to collect and process entries. You may submit any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period to Sponsor at: Pulse@LovelandPulse.com

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and who reside in Larimer County, Colorado in areas currently serviced by Pulse. Pulse, its employees, officers, representatives, and agents, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household members and immediate family members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. Household members are defined as those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Immediate family members are defined as parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found at https://pulsefiber.org/contest. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void the entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: Five (5) Grand Prize winners (each a “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about January 5, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Seven (7) Monthly Winners [one (1) per monthly drawing] will be selected on the last business day of each month from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing prior to the last business day of the month.  The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each drawing throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will each receive: One (1) year 2GB Pulse internet service (including installation if necessary). The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,200. Winner may be responsible for additional service fees and costs. MONTHLY PRIZES: Seven (7) Monthly Winners will each receive a $100 Gift Card to City of Loveland facilities. Twenty Nine (29) WEEKLY PRIZES: $25 local business gift card (to be determined by Sponsor)

All Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local income taxes for acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of Winners. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.  If the actual purchase price of a prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference. Grand Prize Winners will be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of their prizes. Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind except as specifically included with prize. If a Grand Prize winner cancels Pulse service or is no longer eligible to receive services from Sponsor due to geographic location during the redemption period (one year) of the Pulse internet service portion of the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner will not be entitled to any further compensation. Monthly and weekly winners will remain eligible to win a Grand Prize under the same terms outlined above.

WINNER SELECTION: The Grand Prize winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected on Monday, January 5, 2026, in random drawings from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. Monthly winners will be selected on the following schedule:

Weekly winners will be selected on the first business day following the week they are selected as a winner.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Grand Prize Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in their entry on January 5, 2026. Monthly and weekly winners will be notified within 48 hours of selection via email or text. Winners must confirm acceptance by email by 5:00pm MST three (3) calendar days after Sponsor sends notification to the winner. Winner must provide a mailing address to receive the prize from the Sponsor or pick up the prize at 815 W 14th ST, Suite C240, Loveland CO 80537. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively ‘the Prize Claim Documents’). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

PRIVACY: Any personal information you supply will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy posted on its website, subject to applicable law including the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. § 24-72-201 et seq.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Pulse, its employees, officers, representatives, agents, from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. No term or condition of these rules shall be construed or interpreted as a waiver, express or implied, of any of the notices, requirements, immunities, rights, benefits, protections, limitations of liability, and other provisions of the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, C.R.S. § 24-10-101 et seq. and under any other applicable law.

DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado (regardless of conflict of laws doctrine), and venue shall be in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

MISCELLANEOUS: These rules contain the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and may not be modified or amended except by written approval by the Sponsor.  In the event a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these rules invalid or unenforceable, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision.
