January 2024 Price and Content Changes for PulseTV Service
PulseTV Rate Adjustments
Pulse regularly evaluates and adjusts our service offerings. After careful consideration, the following monthly prices will take effect starting January 13, 2024. Because subscribers are billed in advance of their service, these changes will be reflected on statements starting 12/14/23.

Bundle Discount Update
Regrettably, discounts for bundling Internet and PulseTV will be discontinued. Discounts for bundling Internet, PulseTV, and Voice will decrease to $9.95/month. While we understand the importance of cost savings, this adjustment allows us to maintain the quality of our programming and services and increases the transparency in our pricing.
Why are we making these changes?
Network providers have increased the costs to broadcast their movies, shows, and sporting events. This is driving costs higher across the industry. As a direct result, we are passing through increased programming fees to TV customers.
What does this mean for our customers?
The updated pricing will take effect on 1/13/24. Because bills are sent in advance of service, the updated pricing will be reflected on statements starting on 12/14/23. PulseTV service will be prorated to reflect the current rate through 1/12/24 and the new rate starting 1/13/24 on subscriber’s statements.
Customers will continue to receive great service and reliability, with the same access to PulseTV features like WatchTVEverywhere, multiple streams, cloud DVR, streaming via web browser, and our occasional free premium channel previews.
Content Changes and Enhancements
We are continually working to bring the most relevant and exciting content. As part of our commitment to enhancing customers’ viewing experiences, we are currently negotiating with several new networks to add channels to our lineup in 2024. Stay tuned for updates!

Affordable Connectivity
We consider Internet service to be a vital utility and realize this comes at a time when prices are going up for nearly every consumer good and service. The ACP is a government program that provides up to $30/month towards internet service. Pulse is proud to have recently launched the Pulse ACP Supplement which adds $14.95/month to the government benefit, providing qualified households a total of $44.95/month towards Pulse service.
