PLEASE NOTE: THE AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM (ACP) WILL END IN APRIL 2024
On March 4, 2024, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) announced that the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is ending. The last month the ACP will be fully funded is April 2024.
Pulse customers enrolled in the ACP have been notified via email that the program is ending and what options they have for continuing, changing, or canceling their service. Customers will receive the full ACP benefit through April 30, 2024, and must opt in and agree to continue their service. Customers who do not opt in by April 30, 2024 will have their Pulse services disconnected on May 1, 2024.
If you are a Pulse customer and have questions or need to opt in, please call us at 970-541-4990 or complete this form.
We are disappointed and saddened that the FCC is ending such a crucial program. Please visit their website at www.fcc.gov/acp for more information specific to the ACP.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides qualifying households with up to $30 per month to pay for broadband internet service.
As part of our commitment to making high-speed, reliable internet accessible to our entire community, we created the Pulse ACP Supplement, which provides an additional $14.95 per month to ACP participants.
That means eligible households can enjoy our Starter Internet package at no cost or My Gig Internet package for $30.00 per month.
