An Access Agreement is required to bring Pulse services to multi-dwelling units or residents governed by certain HOAs, including these home types: tri-plex, 4-plex, multi-plex, apartment, condominium, and townhome.
Access Agreements are NOT required for single-family homes or duplexes. However, if a Customer is a renter or does not own the single-family home or duplex where they are signing up for Pulse service, the Customer shall be responsible for gaining permission from the property owner/landlord to grant Pulse access. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Note: A signed Access Agreement grants Pulse entry to the property to install and maintain the Pulse network. Signing an Access Agreement does not cost anything and does not obligate anyone to sign up for Pulse services.
Information for Renters
Are you trying to get Pulse at your apartment, condominium, townhome, or other multi-dwelling unit? If you live on a property with 3 or more attached homes, we need a signed Access Agreement from your building’s owner, property management agency, landlord, HOA, Condominium Association, Metro District Manager, or other organization that has the ability to sign legal documents on behalf of your address. An Access Agreement (sometimes called “right of entry agreement”) will allow Pulse access to the premises to install, operate, and maintain our network and services.
